JellyBoost privacy notice
Effective August 2026. This notice explains what Cedarline Health Sciences, LLC collects through jellyboostsupplement.com and what we do with it.
The short version
We collect what an order or a support request requires and nothing more. We do not sell personal information. Card details never reach our systems, because payment is processed by our authorized retailer of record.
What we collect
When you order. Name, shipping address, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of the order. Payment card data goes directly to BuyGoods, the retailer of record, and is never stored on our infrastructure.
When you contact us. Your name, email address, order number if relevant, and whatever you write in the message.
When you browse. Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are technical records, not a marketing profile.
Why we hold it
To fulfil and ship orders, to answer support requests, to process refunds under the 60-day guarantee, to identify which orders a given production batch reached if that ever becomes necessary, and to meet tax and business record obligations.
Who else sees it
Only parties needed to complete the order: our payment processor and retailer of record, our fulfilment and carrier partners, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum required. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
Cookies
This portal uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Session storage is used for one purpose: remembering that you dismissed the offer bar, so it stays closed for the rest of your visit. That value is stored in your own browser and never transmitted to us.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and business record requirements. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to order records is limited to desk staff who need it. Since we never store payment card data, the highest-risk category of information simply does not exist in our systems.
Your choices
Write to support@jellyboostsupplement.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for deletion. We respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be retained for tax purposes. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional statutory rights, and we apply the same process regardless of where you live.
Children
This portal is for adults. JellyBoost is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
