JellyBoost testing and quality
The batch page publishes the result for the lot shipping today. This page covers the process that produces it, run identically on every batch.

Where JellyBoost is made
JellyBoost is produced in the United States in an FDA registered facility operating to current Good Manufacturing Practice. In practice cGMP is a documentation discipline: every incoming raw material is identity-checked before it enters production, every step of the run is recorded, and a retained sample of each lot stays on file so a finished bottle can be traced back through the process that made it.
FDA registration of a facility is not FDA approval of a product, and we will not blur the two. No dietary supplement is FDA approved. Registration means the facility is known to the agency and subject to inspection under the relevant framework[1].
The assay panel run on every lot
| Test | Method | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Botanical identity | HPLC-DAD fingerprinting | Confirms each botanical is the species named on the label, not a cheaper substitute. |
| Active potency | HPLC-DAD | Confirms the milligram amounts on the panel are actually present at release. |
| Heavy metals | ICP-MS | Screens lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury. Current lot: < 0.5 ppm. |
| Microbiology | Plate count and pathogen screen | Total counts plus absence testing. Current lot: Within USP <2021> limits. |
| Pesticide residue | GC-MS | Screens residues on incoming botanical raw material. |
| Moisture and water activity | Karl Fischer | Governs gummy stability and shelf life across the run. |
Testing is performed by Talbot Analytical Group, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory independent of the production facility. The current run released at 99.2% active purity under certificate TAG-26-0731.
How ingredients are sourced
Botanical sourcing is where most quality problems in this category begin, because a root bought on price alone can arrive adulterated, misidentified, or carrying residue from where it grew. Every supplier into the JellyBoost formula provides a certificate of analysis for the material they ship, and that document is verified against our own incoming identity test rather than taken on trust.
Tongkat Ali is the material we watch hardest, since it carries the lead dose and has a documented history of adulteration in the wider market. Maca and ashwagandha are sourced from suppliers with established agricultural traceability, and the pectin base is non-GMO.
Allergens and dietary suitability
The formula contains no gluten, dairy, soy, or nut ingredients, and the pectin base makes the gummy suitable for vegetarian diets. Production lines are cleaned and verified between runs. Anyone with a severe allergy should read the current bottle panel, since that panel governs over any web page.
How we handle a problem
If a lot fails any release assay it does not ship. If an issue is identified after release, the batch number lets us identify precisely which orders are affected and contact those buyers directly, which is the practical reason single-channel distribution exists at all. Concerns about a specific bottle go to support@jellyboostsupplement.com with the lot code.
