1. Who you are dealing with

This portal is operated by Cedarline Health Sciences, LLC, 1220 Menomonie Street, Suite 4, Eau Claire, WI 54701, Wisconsin DFI entity ID 2019-CL-4471. Checkout and payment are handled by BuyGoods as retailer of record.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. JellyBoost is formulated for adult men and is not intended for anyone under 18 or for women.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, including where the product is unavailable, where a pricing error is evident, or where we suspect fraud or resale intent. Every order is a single charge for a single shipment, with no subscription or automatic renewal.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Shipping cost, where it applies, appears at checkout. Prices may change, but not for an order already accepted.

9. Acceptable use
